The Story Continues

The next part of the story was not as easy as the making of the camp stew. I must admit that it took some arm twisting and some "come on honey, please do this just for me". We persuaded several of the men of the church to do a style show for our entertainment. What a production! We put tables together for a stage as we wanted everyone to be able to see these beauties as they strutted across the stage. Fred Allmann in his Sunday Church dress complete with gloves, hat, hose, high heeled shoes and Oh yes, an ample bosom. Fred was always a neat and well groomed. This was Fred!. Our always neat and always suited plus always tie, Pastor wore a charming sun dress . He actually made a cardboard sun. He glided across the stage almost as a setting sun, as part of his costume fell off as he left the stage. We had an afternoon tea attire complete with tea bags, house dress complete with mop hair, and the climax was Bob in his Christmas gown with lights and a lot of extension cords to keep him glowing. We had numerous boxes of Kleenex for those who laughed until they cried. Who says Christians can't have fun!!Next time I will tell you about the side show. Bring your kleenex.
